Privacy policy

How PetMySite, a brand of Buzzi AI, handles account, billing, setup, and website-widget data.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Who this policy covers

PetMySite is operated by Buzzi AI, SRA 24, Ernakulam, Kochi 686691, Kerala, India. This policy covers petmysite.com, account and billing functions, setup previews, and the PetMySite widget served on customers’ websites. Contact us at support@petmysite.com about this policy or a privacy request.

A customer controls the website where it installs PetMySite and chooses the chat provider or link opened by the pet. That website and its provider have their own privacy practices. Customers should explain their use of PetMySite in their own visitor notices when applicable.

Information we collect

Account and access. We receive the name and email address you submit, your sign-in method, and, for Google sign-in, the Google identifier and profile details needed to identify your account. Email passwords are stored as hashes; verification, reset, and session credentials are stored in protected or hashed form as appropriate. We do not receive your Google password.

Sites and settings. We store website addresses and names, the pet and appearance you select, action and provider settings, Smart Bubble rules, connection details, and installation status. A submitted site address can include a page path or query string, so avoid submitting private or sensitive URLs.

Purchases and support. We retain your plan, subscription and payment references, billing name and address, country, tax details you supply, invoices, account changes, and messages you send to support. Razorpay handles payment collection. We receive payment status and references needed to deliver paid access and reconcile invoices; payment card entry is handled by Razorpay.

Security and operations. We process request metadata such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security-check results to run the service, detect abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Infrastructure providers may also process ordinary network and access logs.

Public website analytics. We use Google Analytics on public marketing pages to understand visits and page use. It can receive the page URL, browser and device information, and analytics cookie identifiers. We do not load it on account, checkout, administrator, preview, or onboarding flows.

How we use information

We use it to create and secure accounts; verify email and reset passwords; save site settings; deliver the widget; connect WordPress and chat providers; provide billing, tax documents and transactional notices; answer support requests; measure aggregate service health and public website use; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use widget events to build visitor profiles.

Where applicable privacy law asks for a legal basis, these activities are based on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and service operation, legal obligations for financial records, or consent where required. You may contact us to withdraw consent for an activity that relies on it, subject to information we must still process for another lawful reason.

What happens on customer websites

The widget requests its public configuration and sends limited operational events tied to the customer site. We count events such as a widget load, interaction, pet click, chat open, or integration error by site and day. These counters help the customer understand whether its launcher works.

Event data excludesVisitor names, email addresses, chat or message content, cookies, and full page URLs.
Page matching stays localThe browser checks configured Smart Bubble rules against its current path without sending that page URL to PetMySite.

When a visitor opens the customer’s chosen chat provider or link, that provider or destination may collect information under its own policy. The customer is responsible for configuring and disclosing those services.

Website previews

During setup, you may submit a public website URL before or after signing in. Live screenshot rendering is currently disabled while an independent public-only network safeguard is completed. Local development may show a clearly marked fixture instead of a live site.

If live rendering is enabled, a managed browser may visit the submitted public URL and store a screenshot in private Cloudflare storage. We do not provide your browser cookies, sign-in credentials, or saved form data to that browser. A cached screenshot is considered fresh for about 15 minutes and is scheduled to expire after seven days. It may contain whatever was publicly visible on the page when captured. We do not add PetMySite analytics to the target site merely by previewing it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use essential account and administrator session cookies, along with short-lived security or sign-in state, to authenticate requests and protect accounts. The setup flow stores an unfinished site draft and preview cache identifiers in your browser’s session storage so you can move between preview and provider choice. Closing the browser session normally clears that storage. The website widget does not set a visitor-tracking cookie for its aggregate events. Google Analytics on public marketing pages may set analytics cookies to distinguish visits and sessions.

Your selected chat provider, Google sign-in, Razorpay checkout, and Turnstile security checks may use their own cookies or storage when you interact with them. Their policies govern that processing.

Who receives information

Cloudflare hosts application, database, storage, security, and configured transactional-email infrastructure. Google supports optional account sign-in and public website analytics. Razorpay processes checkout and payment events. We share only the information needed for those functions. A customer’s chosen chat provider receives information directly when a visitor uses that chat service.

These services may process information in countries other than yours. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not give one customer access to another customer’s account or billing records.

How long we keep information

We keep account and site records while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to complete requests, resolve disputes, or protect the service. We remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless law requires retention. Invoices, payment records, and tax records are retained for applicable accounting and legal periods. Aggregate widget counters may remain after individual site settings are removed because they do not identify visitors.

Verification and password-reset links expire and are single use. Setup screenshots, when live rendering is enabled, are considered fresh for about 15 minutes and scheduled for deletion after seven days. A draft in session storage remains in your browser until you finish, clear it, or the browser session ends.

Your choices and requests

You can update your site settings from your account and cancel future annual renewals in billing. To request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with your account, or to raise a privacy concern, email support@petmysite.com. Tell us which account is involved; we may verify that you control it before acting. We will explain when a legal obligation prevents deletion of a particular record.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including to object to certain processing or complain to a privacy regulator. We will handle those requests under applicable law.

Security and children

We use access controls, hashed passwords and single-use account links, server-verified security checks, and separation of customer and administrator access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or integration has been compromised, contact us promptly.

PetMySite is intended for adults managing websites and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek children’s personal information through the account service or widget events.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The date above shows the current version. For material changes, we will provide a reasonable notice through the site or account email when appropriate. Questions can be sent to support@petmysite.com.
