Agreement and operator
PetMySite is a brand of Buzzi AI, SRA 24, Ernakulam, Kochi 686691, Kerala, India. These terms apply when you visit petmysite.com, create an account, purchase a plan, use the WordPress connector, or install the PetMySite widget. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. If you use PetMySite for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you do not agree, do not create an account or install the widget. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force where they apply.
What PetMySite provides
PetMySite supplies a configurable animated pet that can act as a launcher for an existing chat provider or a supported link action. You choose its appearance, placement, behavior, actions, and Smart Bubble rules. PetMySite does not replace your chat provider, host your website, or operate the conversations that take place in your chat service.
We may improve features, characters, integrations, and technical delivery over time. Material changes that reduce paid functionality will be communicated where practical.
Your account and websites
Keep your sign-in details secure and your contact and billing details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. An account may create up to 100 sites. A site entitlement covers one selected site; an agency entitlement covers sites in that account up to the same 100-site limit.
You must have authority to add the widget or WordPress connector to each site you configure. You remain responsible for the site, its content, visitor notices, and the chat or link destinations you connect. Domain binding and visible attribution are normal parts of the service; browser-delivered code and artwork can still be inspected by a site owner.
Acceptable use
Do not use PetMySite to violate law or others’ rights; deceive visitors about a linked service; distribute malicious code; interfere with our systems or other customers; bypass plan, site, or security limits; or submit private/internal network targets for preview. Do not use the widget to collect sensitive visitor information through PetMySite events. Your own chat provider’s rules also apply to its service.
We may limit or suspend use when reasonably needed to protect service security, comply with law, or address a serious breach. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it.
Free and paid plans
The free plan lets you configure covered features and shows visible “by PetMySite” attribution on the widget. Paid plans remove that attribution for their covered site or agency scope. The listed base prices are: site annual $12, site lifetime $99, agency annual $56, and agency lifetime $299. Annual prices are the total charge for one year, even if a page also shows a monthly equivalent for comparison.
Prices are stated in USD before applicable tax and any currency conversion. The checkout review shows the actual charge currency, tax, conversion, and any eligible credit before you authorize payment. The price and plan scope shown in your accepted checkout quote govern that purchase.
Payment, taxes, and invoices
Razorpay processes payments for PetMySite on behalf of Buzzi AI. We activate paid access after payment is verified by our server; a browser confirmation alone does not grant it. You authorize the payment shown at checkout and, for an annual plan, its future renewals until cancelled.
You are responsible for supplying accurate billing details and taxes that apply to you. We display the tax treatment and charge total before payment and issue an invoice for a verified paid purchase. Bank or payment-provider charges outside our checkout total are governed by those providers.
Annual renewal and cancellation
Annual plans are purchased for one year and renew automatically for another year unless cancelled before the next renewal. You can cancel future renewals from account billing or contact support@petmysite.com. Cancellation stops the next charge; paid access continues until the current paid period ends. After it ends, the affected scope returns to the free entitlement unless another active entitlement covers it.
If a payment fails, access may be delayed or end when the paid period expires. We may send transaction, renewal, failure, cancellation, and invoice notices to your account or billing email.
Plan changes and unused-time credit
When you upgrade an annual plan to a lifetime plan for the same scope, we credit the unused portion of the annual plan against the lifetime price. The amount is calculated from the remaining paid term and the annual plan’s net amount before tax, then shown in an expiring checkout quote. Credit cannot exceed the applicable lifetime charge, is not cash, and is not transferred to another account or scope. The prior renewal is cancelled after the upgrade payment is verified.
A site-to-agency upgrade receives no credit for site plans. Before you confirm that upgrade, we ask you to confirm cancellation of existing site-plan renewals in the account. Already-paid site access and any statutory rights remain unaffected by that confirmation; the new agency entitlement applies after verified payment.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, including when you cancel an annual renewal during a paid year. This does not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law. Contact support@petmysite.com if you believe a charge is mistaken or you have a legally protected claim.
What “lifetime” means
A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for its stated site or agency scope, without an annual renewal. It provides access while PetMySite continues to operate that offering; it is not a promise that the service or a third-party provider will exist forever. If PetMySite winds up and lifetime access must end, we will give at least six months’ notice before discontinuation where practical. This clause does not limit remedies that mandatory law provides.
Other services and previews
Your website, hosting, chat provider, Google sign-in, Razorpay checkout, WordPress installation, and any link destination are separate services with their own terms. You are responsible for having any permissions their integrations require. We cannot control their availability, content, visitor data, or charges.
Preview is a setup aid, not a promise that a page will render or that a widget works on every site. Public-only live screenshot rendering remains disabled until its network safeguard is independently enforced. If enabled, some sites may block capture or show a different public view. Do not submit a URL containing private tokens or information.
Content, artwork, and license
You retain rights to your website and the settings or content you provide. You permit us to process those settings to operate PetMySite and show your configured widget. Buzzi AI retains rights in PetMySite software, characters, artwork, branding, and documentation. While your account complies with these terms, we give you a limited right to use the service and install the supplied widget for your authorized sites. You may not resell or present PetMySite artwork or code as your own product.
Free widgets must retain the visible PetMySite attribution supplied with the free plan. Paid attribution removal applies only to the sites covered by an active paid entitlement.
Availability and changes to terms
We work to keep the service available and to recover from failures, but maintenance, internet outages, or third-party problems can interrupt it. The widget is designed so that an existing native chat launcher can remain usable if PetMySite fails, where the provider integration supports that behavior. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these terms with a new date above. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the site or account email when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you disagree, stop using the service and cancel future renewals.
Responsibility and applicable law
You are responsible for your site, content, integrations, and lawful use of visitor information. To the extent permitted by law, PetMySite is provided without a guarantee that it will fit every website or integration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Courts with jurisdiction in Ernakulam, Kerala may hear disputes where applicable law permits.
